  Since the change of ownership/management I've noticed a dramatic improvement in the service I've received from Country Couriers. The cost of redeliveries has dropped to $15 and it seems that any concerns that I have regarding my freight have been promptly addressed. Personally, I can empathise with the people who have commented negatively in past but things have certainly changed for the better and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

  Excellent and prompt services around Townsville and from Townsville to Cairns. One of the best freight companies I have dealt with and very competitive in price. Great customer services as they are all ready and willing to help with any queries.

  Great Customer Service and Local Courier Company...I have had the opposite experience with Country Couriers. I have used their service for some years now and found them to be very professional and helpful. I have also paid the $30 for a re-delivery of an item and didn't hesitate as I do believe they are a local business and like every other business have to survive and I would never expect them to send someone out on the road again to delivery my parcel free of charge. Keep the great work up Country Couriers from a Very Happy Customer.

  The worst couriers I have EVER dealt with, they ignore calls, delivery area is an absolute mess and fail to deliver scheduled packages consistently. The worst experience I have ever had and will avoid all companies shipping using these contractors. Completely disgusted.
